Your fitness personal trainer performs a complete evaluation of your past &
present medical history, present state of fitness
(muscular strength,
cardiovascular endurance, flexibility etc.), lifestyle and eating habits
and many more.
He/she then plans an individualized weight training routine for you and follows through
with you the proper way of executing the exercises,
all the while making sure that
the pace is comfortable for you. Nutritional advice may also be dispensed.
